The Care You Deserve. The Time It Requires.
A return to medicine built on relationship, not volume.
Purpose.
Modern healthcare has become transactional. Fifteen-minute appointments. Rotating providers. Weeks-long waits for answers. Somewhere along the way, the relationship between patient and physician — the foundation of good medicine — was lost.
This practice exists to restore it.
We believe that meaningful healthcare requires time: time to listen, time to investigate, time to understand not just your symptoms but your life. It requires access — the ability to reach your physician when you need guidance, not when the schedule permits. And it requires continuity — one trusted doctor who knows your history, your goals, and your concerns.
This is not concierge medicine for the sake of exclusivity. It is medicine practiced the way it should be: unhurried, thorough, and entirely focused on you.
Meet Dr. Jedlinski
Dr. Casimir Jedlinski started his road to medicine at Rider University where he majored in biology, from there he went to medical school in Poland at the Warsaw University of Medicine where he graduated with honors. He pursued residency in family medicine at NYMC Hoboken University Medical Center and is board certified in the field. In 2019 he started as a hospital doctor at Riverview Medical Center and Hoboken University Medical Center, overseeing the ICU at both Hoboken University Medical Center and Christ Hospital throughout the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Over the years, Dr. Jedlinski’s experience spans across simple injuries to life-threatening infections and organ failure, taking care of patients in the Emergency Room to the Intensive Care Unit, including managing those who are currently undergoing various oncological treatments at Memorial-Sloan Ketterling. Currently he is the Associate Chairman of the Medical Department at Riverview Medical Center and co-founder of Rivers Health Associates, a private hospitalist group. With the launch of Integrity Wellness, a concierge medical practice and wellness center, Dr. Jedlinski offers meaningful comprehensive health management that considers a patient’s immediate and long-term health goals.
Meet Morgan Pomerantz
As the CEO of a concierge medical wellness practice, Morgan leads with both professional expertise and lived experience, bringing compassion, strength, and purpose to a new vision of healthcare. A two-letter collegiate athlete and graduate of Brooklyn Law School, she spent 13 years in the technology sector as a business leader, developing a deep understanding of innovation, strategy, and systems designed to truly serve people. Her personal health took a profound turn when an autoimmune condition caused her body to shut down, sending her through the traditional medical system in search of answers. After consulting 11 specialists without resolution, she ultimately restored her health through advanced, non-traditional lab work and personalized methodologies—an experience that reshaped her understanding of medicine and ignited her mission.
Morgan knows firsthand what it means to fight for one’s health, to feel unheard, and to search for a physician who will truly listen and look deeper. As the daughter of a doctor and the spouse of one, she has witnessed the evolution of modern healthcare from every angle and experienced its challenges personally. In a world often driven by fast medicine and surface-level solutions, she believes deeply in healing from the inside out. It is her honor to build a practice centered on genuine partnership between patient and physician—one that provides the right resources, thoughtful diagnostics, and compassionate guidance so individuals can reclaim their health with clarity, confidence, and lasting results.
Meet Destiny Simmons

By Design.
Everything about this practice is designed to give you more: more time with your physician, access when questions arise, and attention to the details that matter.
Unhurried Appointments Your annual evaluation is never rushed. We take the time to review your health comprehensively — not just what’s urgent, but what’s emerging.
Direct Access You have Dr. Jedlinski’s direct line. When you have a question or concern, you reach your physician — not a call centre, not a triage nurse, not a portal message that disappears into a queue.
Proactive Care We don’t wait for problems to appear. Through advanced screening, longevity protocols, and regular check-ins, we work to identify risks early and address them before they become crises.
Coordination Without Friction When you need a specialist, imaging, or a prescription, we handle the logistics. Prior authorizations, referrals, scheduling — our team manages the complexity so you can focus on your health.
Continuity You see the same physician, every time. No repeating your history. No starting over. Just ongoing care from someone who knows you.
What We Believe.
Time is the foundation of good medicine.
Rushing helps no one. We structure our practice so that every patient receives the attention they deserve.
Access should be simple.
When you have a concern, you shouldn’t have to navigate a system. You should be able to reach your doctor.
Prevention is more powerful than treatment.
The best outcomes come from catching problems early — or preventing them entirely.
Discretion is non-negotiable.
Your health is private. Every communication, every record, every interaction is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Healthcare should feel like partnership.
We work with you, not just for you. Your goals, your preferences, and your life context shape every recommendation.
Is This Practice Right for You?
This model isn’t for everyone — and that’s by design. We intentionally limit our patient panel to ensure that every member receives the time and attention this approach requires.
If you value a physician who knows you, access that doesn’t depend on appointment availability, and care that’s proactive rather than reactive, we’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
